The Bias Response Team (BRT) supports students impacted by incidents related to bias and other non-inclusive behaviors that occur in the academic learning environment. The BRT provides interventions including consultation, facilitation, and restorative practices.

Who Are We?

We are a group of campus staff experts who are committed to students first, anchored in equity, diversity, and inclusion. Learn more about the people behind the Bias Response Team. The BRT provides interventions including consultation, facilitation, and restorative practices. The BRT also collects and disseminates anonymized and aggregated data regarding reported incidence of bias. The BRT does not investigate reports; this process remains centered on support for the harmed party. Reports that fall under relevant investigative offices must be reported to the Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination.
